graduating in Mathematics, Sri Nair took a post graduate degree
in Engineering specialising in INSTRUMENTATION. He has ever since
been working in various disciplines of Engineering, Technology,
Management, R&D, & Teaching. He was trained abroad in
Technology development, & in Staff College for Management.

& a former president of the Trivandrum Management Association.He
is a visiting Faculty Member in a few Management Institutions.
He is widely travelled, & speaks 5 Indian languages &
3 foreign languages.He is currently working for N.G.Os to foster
social development. He came in contact with H.H. Swami Bodhananda
Saraswathiji in December 1999. Readilly attracted by the genius,
knowledge, practical approach & the lustre of Swamiji, he
started working for Swamiji. Sri Nair is very actively associated
with the activities of Sambodh Foundation & BRF-ML.

I
was born in 1945 at Pillanezhi Mana , Kunnamkulam, Kerala. I took
Mechanical Engineering degree from REC, Surathkal and was selected
to the training School of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. I joined
Vikram Sarabhai Space Center, Thumba in 1968. I worked under Dr.
APJ Abdul Kalam on development of FRP Composites for Rockets and
Satellites.
Was selected as one among five for Payload Specialists for Space
Shuttle.In 1996 I got the National Award by Society for Plastic
Engineers for outstanding design of a dental product based on Space
technology, in 2000, National Medal Award from Material Research
Society of India in 2000. |
I am also the Vice -President of Swadeshi Science Movement, Kerala.
I have the great honour of being the Chief Executive of Bodhananda
Research Foundation for Management and Leadership Studies, and the
Treasurer of Bodhananda Seva Society, both housed in Thiruvananthapuram.
I studied Vedanta from Swami Bodhananda Saraswati. I am engaged
in taking management classes for youth & Managers .I enjoy teaching
Bhagavad Gita & Vedanta and organising seminars & workshops
related to management.
BRF-ML provides me a uniqe opportunity to work and fulfill the shared
vision of a great Guru and visionary who loves our tradition and
has clear idea about how this wisdom can be effectively utilised

MN
Sreedharan Nair is a Professor of physics holding a Ph. D. Degree
in Theoretical Physics with specialization in Quantum Field Theory
and Particle Physics, and having 33 years of teaching experience
in PG level in colleges. He was also a resource person for the
M.Phil. course for college teachers conducted by the University
of Kerala, and had successfully guided M.Phil. and Ph.D. students.
He was born in Krishnapuram village of Kollam District in Kerala.
Later the family shifted residence to Chunakkara village of Alappuzha
District where his mother is now living. After school education
he joined NSS College, Pandalam for degree course in Physics.
He took his MSc degree from University College , Trivandrum and
Ph.D. degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology.

He started his teaching career in 1964 as a Lecturer in Physics
and served NSS Colleges as Professor and Principal of the Mannam
Memorial NSS College of Communication and Mangement, Kottiyam.
He was member of Academic Council as well as Board of Studies
(Post-Graduate) in Physics of the Kerala University, and member
/ Chairman of the Board of Question Paper Setters of other universities.
Now he is actively involved in science popularization activities
and spiritual pursuits. The former consist in delivering lectures,
writing articles and authoring and editing books. He was published
more than 70 articles and authored/coauthored half a dozen books.
He had served as the Consulting Editor of the Encyclopedia "
Akhila Vinjana Kosham" published by the DC Books, Kottayam
He has contributed extensively to encyclopedia publications and
has served as the chief editor of the bimonthly magazine Swadeshi
Science" for several years.
He was initiated into spiritual enquiry by Sampoojya Swamiji Bodhananda
Saraswati, whom he met for the first time in 1982. In his words,
" The meeting lasted for about an hour and a half, during
which Swamiji had eloquently presented to me some of the profound
ideas of Sankaracharya. I, in turn, could point out several points
of convergence between Vedanta and Modern Physics."
There up on he attended Swamiji's classes on Bhagavad Gita and
Upanishads. A whole new world was opening up before him as he
was exposed to the eternal Upanishadic wisdom.
In 1990, Bodhananda Seva Society, the first of the Sambodh Organisations
was founded in Trivandrum , with Prof. MN Sreedharan Nair as Secretary.
He continues to be the Secretary of the Society. He is also the
Treasurer Trustee of the Bodhananda Research Foundation for Management
and Leadership Studies.

Sri
Prem Goswamy was born on 26 February, 1933. He took Physics Honors
from St Xaviers College and Masters in Electronics technology,
Calcutta University. He is married to a doctor, with two daughters
and three grandchildren and lives in Mumbai, since 1967.
Sri
Goswamy has been involved, for over four decades, in the marketing
and manufacture of capital equipment. Working in senior management
positions in public limited organizations, (32 years with Philips
India Ltd.) he has witnessed, from a vantage position, the development
of the Indian situation and the acceleration of
change in high-tech industries.

Financial System etc. I am very keen to understand Indian management
system with emphasis on Indian culture and heritage. |

Mathur is former Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General, and
Chair Audit Board (1996). He was also the Director of National
Institute of Finance Management, Delhi (1997-2001). He holds D.Phil
and D.Litt degrees in Economics from University of Allahabad.
He has written a number of books on economics, finance and management
related issues. His current interests include good governance
and value based management, which he is pursuing with his association
with BRF-ML and Sambodh Foundation.

Nayar took M.B.A ( Marketing & Foreign Trade) and Ph.D in Marketing
& Foreign Trade from Cochin University. He has a D.I.M.( PG
Diploma in International Marketing) from Buckinghamshire College
of Higher Education,U.K. Dr Nayar started his career as a journalist.
Later he was Secretary , Spices Board ( Govt of India ), and CEO
of Cashew Export Promotion Council.
Currently he works as Corporate Advisor to Pavilions and Interiors
Group of Companies and is also a Visiting Professor in Cochin University
of Science and Technology, University of Calicut, University of
Kerala, University of Cannanore, Kerala Press Academy, Kerala Agricultural
University and several Management Institutes in Kerala. |

passed my B.E.(HONS) from MADRAS UNIVERSITY.I joined the Telecom
Dept of Govt of India in1965. I held various senior level positions,
both technical and managerial, handling large quantum of men,money
and material. I represented Govt of India in various international
forum and had been part of trade delegations.
I have research interest in human relations interpersonal relations.
I was inducted into the divine fold of our Poojya Swamiji, now
for almost two decades. I am keen to spread the message of HOLISTIC
MANAGEMENT. I am sure BRFML is the organisation for doing that
effectively.

Sangeetha
Menon is a philosopher with a doctorate awarded for the thesis entitled
"the concept of consciousness in the Bhagavad Gita". After
graduating in zoology she took her postgraduate degree in philosophy
from University of Kerala. A gold-medallist and first rank holder
for postgraduate studies, she received University Grants Commission
fellowship for her doctoral studies for five years. She works as
Fellow at the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore,
India, since 1996, in the Culture, Cognition and Consciousness Unit.
Dr Menon has been working in the area of consciousness studies for
over ten years and has given numerous talks, lectures and presentations
at various national and international fora. Recently, Journal of
Transpersonal Psychology published an article on her research work
(2002). |

SANGEETHA MENON

| She
has been a student of H H Swami Bodhananda for more than 15 years
learning Vedantic texts from him.Her book "Dialogues: Philosopher
meets the Seer" (2003, Srshti Publishers) is a set of nine
dialogues with her Guru on socio-cultural issues of contemporary
importance. Her core research interests are Indian ways of thinking
in classical philosophical schools, Indian psychology and Indian
dramaturgy and current discussions on 'consciousness'.
Dr
Menon has three books (edited) published on "Science and
Beyond"(2004, NIAS) "Consciousness and Genetics"
(2002, NIAS) and "Scientific and Philosophical Studies on
Consciousness" (1999, NIAS), publications in peer reviewed
journals, and contributed chapters on a variety of issues relating
to self, mind and consciousness. She has delivered numerous lectures
in and outside her country on wide-ranging issues relating to
consciousness, mind, spiritual experience etc. To see a list of

She has co-ordinated, with her colleagues, major national and
