*A Guru who never seeks money, fame or position for himself since he is content within.

*A Guru who pays respectful attention to all people and their needs.

*A Guru who has true wisdom, though not all knowledge.

*A Guru who is the source of immense strength which is silence.

*A Guru of selflessness which is his true self interest.

*A Guru who refreshes everybody without any discrimination.

*A Guru who is ever relaxed even in the presence of dangers.

*A Guru who is always unbiased, clear and down to earth.

*A Guru who never measures success or failures in terms of praises or criticism.

*A Guru who fosters success in other people.

*A Guru who always live in the present.

*A Guru who does not intervene but whose presence is always felt in the group.

*A Guru who never makes promises but helps everybody to progress on his own.

*A Guru who facilitates progress and clarifies all conflicts.

*A Guru who is always rooted and centered and uses least force to act effectively.

*A Guru whose inner stillness helps him to follow spiritual wisdom and hence more effective.
